We offer demonstrable value to customers (external and internal). Our behavior is customer-focused in everything we do. We gauge the success of our efforts by how well we define customer requirements and satisfy their needs. We listen to our customers and improve our products and services to exceed their present and future needs. Customers' expectations are our most important concern. Our success is measured by how well we fulfill those expectations.

Deliver on all Commitments (Accountability)
Gain agreement on clear goals and expectations and be accountable for actions and results. We fulfill requirements on-time, every time and do not accept deviations from our goals and expectations unless agreed to in advance. If a commitment cannot be met, we seek a mutually-acceptable resolution as soon as we learn of the situation. We do not make excuses or provide misinformation.
