Richard Jaffe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer - Safe Life Corp. Mr. Jaffe was the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO SafeSkin Corporation, the world’s largest manufacturer of disposable latex gloves that was sold to Kimberly Clark in 2000. Prior to SafeSkin, he founded Nutrifoods International, Inc., a manufacturer of frozen desserts, which went public and was sold to the Coca Cola Company.

Pierre Jean Messier, Vice Chairman and Chief Scientific Officer - Safe Life Corp. Mr. Messier was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Triosyn Corporation which was acquired by Safe Life in 2006. He invented Triosyn® resin, the patented iodine-based antimicrobial technology that is the foundation of Safe Life’s value proposition. He and the Triosyn Team have applied for or have been granted more than 90 patents in support of the Triosyn technology.

Joseph F. Damico, Founding Partner and Operating Principal of RoundTree Healthcare Partners. Mr. Damico has more than 29 years of healthcare industry operating experience, having served as Executive Vice President of Cardinal Health, Group President of Allegiance Corporation and senior management positions at Baxter Healthcare and American Hospital Supply. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for ACI Medical Devices, Ascent Healthcare Solutions, Aspen Surgical Products, Avalign Technologies, and MedAssist Holdings. Mr. Damico also serves on the Board of Directors of Bioniche Pharma Group, Core Pharma Holdings, Excelsior Medical and Manor Care.

Ron Taylor, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pyxis Corporation, a manufacturer of drug dispensing systems for hospitals. Following a successful IPO, Pyxis was sold to Cardinal Health. Mr. Taylor has been involved with early-stage and high-growth companies, mostly in healthcare, for more than 35 years. Mr. Taylor currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aethon Corporation, Asteres Corp., 3E Company, emn8 Corp., ResMed and Watson Pharmaceuticals.

Stephan Dolezalek, Managing Director - VantagePoint Venture Partners Mr. Dolezalek has spent twenty years in Silicon Valley working exclusively with technology-driven companies, directing entrepreneurial companies in developing business plans, structuring funding, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions. His work has also included structuring collaborations for life science companies.

Evans Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer - SFI Financial Group Mr. Evans sits on several Boards of technology and bio-medical companies, including the non-profit Altarum Institute; EOTech, Inc., an optics sighting company; Knowledge Vector, Inc., a homeland security company; and eStara Communications, a voice-over IP company.
